Diplomas (DAS) and Master (MAS) of Advanced Studies

The International Cancer Prevention Institute (ICPI) has set up an agreement with the Health Sciences eTraining (HSeT) Foundation, a non for profit organisation with in depth expertise in e-learning platforms, to create an advanced master degree program in cancer prevention. The program is to be structured as follows :

  1. Establishment of an eTraining website with a Content and a Learning Management System to offer content and learning activities in relation with various aspects of cancer prevention :
    • Genetics and Epigenetics
    • Gender Medicine
    • Human Populations and evolution studies
    • Epidemiology
    • Public Health Economics
    • Science Policy and Communication
  2. A curriculum leading to a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) and Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) structured in the following modules:
    • Module 1: Genetics and Epigenetics
    • Module 2: Gender Medicine
    • Module 3 :Human populations and evolution
    • Module 4 :Epidemiology
    • Module 5 :Public Health Economics

Each module leads to a DAS. The MAS includes the 5 DAS and a thesis project.
