After her studies, she joined the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Drug Analysis and Drug Information (VUB), where she obtained her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences. In 2021, she joined the microglia biology lab at the University of Lausanne as a postdoctoral researcher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She founded Buckinx Science Communication, a consulting agency focused on science communication.
